All 61 rows reviewed October 19, 2026; BUILT entries updated October 31, 2026 as deferred work, pricing rules and cores & returns shipped. Checkmarks reflect documented competitor capabilities or the BUILT information supplied for this design; plans and implementations vary. The basis for each “Not offered” label is identified in its feature notes. “Scope inference” identifies an assessment of the published product scope, not a direct vendor denial. “Not verified” means the reviewed evidence did not establish availability. Planned BUILT items are proposed and unreleased.
How this comparison works & source directory
Discovery tools and shop-management systems serve different purposes. This matrix compares individual capabilities and names related tools where the workflows differ. It does not assign a winner based on checkmark totals.
How negative labels are determined: “Not offered” is separate from a missing mention in a feature list. Modist’s workshop-operation exclusions are a product-scope inference from its stated discovery/referral model and published shop tools. They describe tools supplied by Modist, not tools a listed shop uses independently. Other uncertain entries remain “Not verified.”
BUILT entries use founder-provided background and product workflows supplied for this design; this source review is not an independent test of the deployed BUILT product. Proposed roadmap entries translate the founder’s stated expansion direction into comparison areas; scope and delivery dates are not commitments. Basic job reports are not represented as a full accounting suite, and intake photos are not represented as a complete diagnostic inspection system.
